Guarantee

We guarantee all products are fit for purpose. Under our guarantee, faulty items that meet our conditions of care and use will be repaired, replaced, or a refund will be issued at the discretion of Friendlypak. Friendlypak will repair, replace or refund any goods which fail to comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
