Delivery Time

Delivery of your order from dispatch should be 1 to 3 working days for the North Island and 2 to 4 working days for the South Island. Please add 1 to 2 days for Rural Delivery. These times vary due to courier and freight scheduling and factors like the weather.

Delivery Charges

These are shown as a separate item in your shopping cart before placing your order, so all charges are clear before processing. We spend a lot of time ensuring we have identified the lowest cost courier and freight providers for all delivery services nationwide. We only charge at cost, so you can be sure you are receiving the lowest price for delivery.

Free Delivery

We also offer free delivery in some circumstances, customised according to your needs.

Auckland Delivery

We can also deliver using our van when appropriate for Auckland customers.

Delivery Address

Only delivery to a physical address is possible, not a PO Box, Hotel, Motel or Care Of (c/-) address.

Faster Delivery

Please contact us by phone if a faster delivery is required, as this service is available.

Claims

Claims for Non-Delivery or Damage. First, check that the order status says “Delivered”, using the tracking details we provided. If the order is not received in full or in part or is damaged, then you must notify us within 4 working days from the expected arrival date. The sooner the better to improve the chances of a favourable outcome.
