Returns

Returns and refunds are possible if agreed by Friendlypak, provided these are received within 10 business days from the date of delivery. The goods must be returned in their original condition. A restocking fee of 5% (excl. GST) will apply to cover part of the significant time and processing involved. The return shipping costs will be your care and are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Products not returned in their original condition.
  • Custom-printed packaging.
  • Clearance or sale items

Defects

If a product defect is discovered, you must notify us within 4 business days from the date of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. Freight will also be refunded where applicable. Generally, defects must be returned to us; however, it is important to contact us prior to returning any goods. When replacements are not available, we will provide a refund or an alternative product according to your preference. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment as originally used for the purchase.
