Please note PLA products are very heat sensitive; they should not be exposed to a heat source or left in sunlight. They will distort at temperatures exceeding 40 °C, which, for example, is easily achieved in a closed car on a sunny day.

These containers are certified commercially composted to EN13432 and ASTM D6400 standards; they are safe, however, in a home compost, but will take longer than the compost product certification standards require to compost. Being made entirely from renewable plant materials, compostable & biodegradable, makes these a circular economy product.
