Bag barrier clear wood pulp – 16 x 14.5cm x 23mu with gusset

Made with NatureFlex, a crystal-clear food-contact film with good moisture and oxygen barrier properties. Heat-sealable or close with a Vegware compostable write-on sticker, NatureFlex is oil and grease-resistant, made from cellulose (wood pulp)—essentially transparent paper.

It has high heat tolerance and is ideal for extending shelf life for dry goods (not suitable for wet foods). Certified home and industrially compostable (TUV OK Compost Home, EN13432, ASTM D6400), NatureFlex is based on renewable, sustainable plant resources. It carries biobased certification (ASTM 6866-06) and is GE (GMO)-free, FSC/PEFC certified, and Carbon Zero at the point of dispatch (Cradle to Gate). It is environmentally eco-friendly and compatible with all forms of organic waste processing, including composting, in-vessel composting, and anaerobic digestion. It is also suitable for biodegradation in water (ISO 14855) and sewage under ambient conditions. A sustainable, circular economy product — reducing landfill, litter, and pollution.

When composted, these products help close the loop in the circular economy and enable the collection and removal of organic materials, like food scraps, from landfill.
