To our valued customers: Do you need stock over Christmas/New Year?
Stock up to ensure you have ongoing supplies. Please order well in advance & allow extra time to receive your order.
Delays are expected over the high-demand festive season, and delivery timeframes may be longer than usual.
Courier delivery orders: Place orders by Tue 16 DEC 2025 (South Island / all Rural Delivery areas) & Fri 19 DEC 2025 (North Island).
We will continue to despatch courier delivery orders until Tue 23 December 2025, and commence from Mon 05 January 2026 onwards.
Delivery timeframes will depend on the delivery location and courier processing capability at the time.
FMPS350 Pop Starch 350L Bags delivered directly by Friendlypak in Auckland commences during the week of 12 – 16 JAN 2026.
Place orders in advance & by Wed 17 DEC 2025 – > Last day for scheduled direct deliveries before Christmas will be Fri 19 DEC 2025.
Direct pick-up orders: Please call us before visiting, for orders to be processed for pick-up from Friendlypak's warehouse during our open hours.
We will confirm when orders are ready for collection.
