These hot cup lids are made from CPLA. PLA is an amazing new material, so more information has been summarised on the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page. They have been crystallised (CPLA) to create heat resistance for hot drinks, which gives them a white, opaque finish – award-winning quality and B CORP™ Certified by Vegware.

They are certified commercially compostable to EN 13432 and/or ASTM D6400 international standards. Being made entirely from renewable plant materials, compostable & biodegradable, makes these a circular economy product. An environmentally friendly direct replacement for fossil-fuel-based plastic lids.
